At Yogasleep, we want you to love your sleep environment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within our 30-day trial period for a full refund. We strive to make the return process as seamless as your favorite sound machine setting.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Yogasleep products and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
