What is your return policy for sound machines?
We offer a 101-night trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Yogasleep product, you can return it for a full refund within 101 days of purchase.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our sound machines include a one-year limited factory warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.
How do I clean my Dohm sound machine?
To clean your Dohm, simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For internal dust, you can use a vacuum hose or compressed air through the side vents while the unit is unplugged.
Do you offer international shipping?
